Delete your account and data

You can delete your NomiTale account and all related data at any time.

In the app

Open NomiTale, go to Settings, then tap “Delete account”. You will be asked to confirm.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, send us a request from the email address you used to sign up. Choose “Privacy and my data” as the topic.

Send a deletion request

What we delete

  • Your voice recordings and consent recordings
  • Your voice at our voice partner
  • All stories prepared in your voice
  • Your account and family profile

Voice deletion is usually finished within 24 hours, and the whole account within 30 days. Records we must keep by law (for example invoices) are kept only as long as required.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Please cancel it in the App Store or Google Play settings.
